Use of PaintSight
PaintSight provides paint visualization, customer approval, and workflow tools for painting and design professionals. By using PaintSight, you agree to use the service lawfully, keep your account credentials secure, and only upload content you have the right to use.
Generated previews
PaintSight previews are visual aids. Paint colors can appear differently because of lighting, screens, surfaces, sheen, and photo quality. Final paint selections should be confirmed with physical samples and professional judgment.
Third-party services
PaintSight may connect with services such as Jobber, CompanyCam, Stripe, Google Cloud, and automation tools. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms.
Account and data
You are responsible for the jobs, photos, customer information, approval links, and other content added through your account. PaintSight may suspend access if the service is misused, abused, or used in a way that risks harm to other users or the platform.
Limitation of liability
PaintSight is provided as-is to the fullest extent allowed by law. PaintSight is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
